1. Accepting these terms

By creating a KanFit account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using KanFit.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use KanFit.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account.

Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep your profile up to date so training and nutrition guidance stays relevant.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting removes your workouts, meals, measurements and chat history.

3. Health and safety disclaimer

KanFit provides general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Consult a qualified physician before starting any training or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or managing a medical condition.

Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions and payments

KanFit offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium features are listed inside the app and may change as we add value.

Free trials, where offered, convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. We will notify you before the trial ends and before each automatic renewal, as required by applicable consumer protection law.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse KanFit: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, reselling content, or uploading unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

Coach support is for training questions. Abusive messages may result in losing access to support or the account.

6. Content and ownership

The KanFit name, logo, exercise library, programmes, text and images belong to KanFit and are protected by copyright.

You keep ownership of the data you enter — workouts, meals, measurements and photos — and grant us the licence needed to store and display it back to you.

7. Third-party data

Nutrition values from barcode scanning come from the Open Food Facts community database. Values may be incomplete or inaccurate; always check the product label.

Halal and allergen warnings inside KanFit are informational heuristics, not a certification.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep KanFit available and offline-capable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, pause or be removed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KanFit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, injury arising from exercise, or loss of data outside our control.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
